I am a specialist in personal growth and development with expertise in coaching, performance management, training, psychometric assessment and psychotherapy.
Before qualifying as an Executive Coach, I spent over a decade working for global professional services firms such as PA Consulting Group, KPMG and EY as a Talent Management professional. I planned and delivered large-scale talent interventions and was heavily involved in performance management and leadership succession planning. Being so closely involved in enhancing people performance, I discovered a passion for coaching.
I have coached Partners and Directors who work for some of the world’s largest professional services organisations. I understand what it takes to be successful in business.
